Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | This paper analyze the Preamble of the Ecuadorian Constitution, from many perspectives. It begins studying the most important functions of preambles, like those related with interpretation of the same Constitution and interpretation of other laws (Chap. I). Next, we define which subjects preambles use to consider, in Ecuador or in other constitutions, like the matter of the Constitution’s foundations and its name (Chap. II). With this base, we dedicate our efforts to study each phrase of the Preamble of the Constitution of 2008, especially those who consider the constitutional aims and God’s Name (Chap. III). At least, we consider some subjects that does not appears nowadays in our Preamble (Chap. IV). |
