Додати тег | Резюме: | This investigation had as its objective to propose a strategic planning methodology to include citizen participation in the creation of local urban development plans in Venezuela. The problem statement is focused on the lack of participation by citizens at the time of developing the Local Urban Development Plan (PDUL). For this purpose, a documentary type of research was used along with a non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational research design. For the methodology proposal, flow diagrams were used were used as a tool in order to establish the relations between the stages of strategic urban planning and participative planning, managing to achieve a method that can link both variables under study. It was possible to highlight the importance of citizen participation for the development of cities and how the local government may make use of this participation in order to achieve their objectives at the government level. |
