| Sumari: | From a brief diachronic overview of the evolution of political science and its relationship with citizenship, the social rituals that shape the political actions that exist today are established, including elections and administration transitions. In the specific case, the process of change of administration in Bolivia in 2019 and the US elections of 2020 are analyzed, in order to exemplify how political communication is emotional both in the election and in the construction of the institutional image of the new administration. |
