Description
Summary:This article describes the CAGE Model approximation in the Ecuadorian textile industry. A non-experimental descriptive research was used, and the obtained data comes from secondary sources. It was used comparatively between three international markets which are in the largest textile importers –the European Union, specifically Spain, the United States and Mexico. The results showed that there is less cultural, administrative distance with Spain, while for economic dimension the United States represents an attractive market because of its large population and GDP per capita, finally Mexico represents an attractive market for the population due to the cultural and geographic proximity.
