La delimitación del contexto en el cual se desplegó este proceso y la lectura crítica del enfoque hegemónico subyacente en la información y la opinión publicadas tienen el objetivo de identificar las claves de comunicación que posicionaron una percepción colectiva de crisis global, y que incluso podrían haber incidido en la coyuntura electoral de 2021.
