It also analyzes how these principles are reflected in the Ecuadorian case, and examines the trade agreement with the European Union negotiated by the Andean countries. Thus, we conclude that public procurement of Ecuador aims to protectionism, making difficult to participate in international negotiations on this subject and may hinder the participation of Ecuadorian bidders outside its borders. |
