Such income is the result of the government financial activity in the constitutional state (of Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia). The government seeks this income, among others, ensuring the necessary financial resources to finance public spending, since the state has an obligation to fulfill the purposes outlined in the Constitution. The aim of this essay is to contribute to the development of the study of constitutional rules of public finance law.
