Proyecto de pre-factibilidad para el incremento turístico sostenible en el nevado Cayambe, como un motor de desarrollo económico para el GADIP.

This project aims to assess the feasibility of the building cabins made of adobe and Wood, environmentally friendly, close to the refuge of the snowed-covered volcano Cayambe, and to offer the guided ascent or tours to the top of the mountain. The purpose of this project is to increase sustainable tourism in Canton Cayambe, as there is an increasing demand of tourist in the Canton. In the market study it was analyzed the offer and demand of tourists, and, to guarantee the success of the project, there were established commercialization strategies. Then, in the technical study, it was designed the size of the project and the capacity to be used. It is also established the administrative proposal and the establishment of the Company. In the financial assessment it was made the investment budget and the incomes to be obtained through the services offered. Lastly, to determine if the project is feasible or not, it was carried out the financial assessment through the profitability indicators such as NPV and IRR, among other.
