Para lo cual el Centro de Gestión Administrativa se proyectara mediante una Arquitectura Racionalista y Sostenible mediante paneles solares, la estructura es de acero con vigas banda, los espacios que tendrá dicho proyecto es auditorio, casa comunal, talleres de capacitación, registro civil, junta parroquial, 60 y piquito, oficinas de EEAA Y EMAAP y estacionamientos. Los espacios interiores serán versátiles, cómodos y con la iluminación natural necesaria para las funciones a realizarse. |

The architectural studies and designs initiated from the development of diagnostics of the current situation and demands; these included an analysis of the existing facilities,; which showed the lack sufficient and adequate and comfortable areas. The study concluded that due to the existing conditions the current facilities are not adequate to satisfy the needs. Therefore, a new building needs to be constructed to suite current necessities. The new Civic Center project is focused on the establishment of modern and sustainable concepts such as, . iron based structure, solar panels, functional and comfortable spaces. Special attention has been taken at the time of use of appropriate materials inside and outside elevations and floors. Diverse administrative, recreational and civic accommodations are conceived within the building structure such as a Public Auditorium, elders gim, capacitation and training rooms, elder folks recreation areas, administration office spaces dedicated to the Parish board and its administration and other related offices for the Water And Sanitation, and Electricity municipal authorities for the Parish level, and sufficient parking lots.
