Es así como el diseño arquitectónico busca ser una herramienta social con el objetivo de dotar un equipamiento con la iniciativa de mejorar significativamente la calidad de vida, garantice su protección, satisfaga las necesidades básicas y actividades para los residentes. El proyecto se encuentra en el Barrio Santa Rita entre la calle Chilla y Loreto, destinado a atender al 2.6% de la población local proyecta de adultos mayores en 2023, compuesta por 152 personas entre hombres y mujeres, con un radio de influencia de 2000 m2. El proyecto abarca de 5005.93 m2 de construcción y 1501.78 m2 de área verde y plazas en un predio dee16802 m2. Incluye áreas de salud, administración, actividades socioculturales, residencia, comedor, capilla, y espacios abiertos para la socialización y el descanso. Para lograr el Propósito del proyecto se adoptó un enfoque arquitectónico basado en formas circulares, que no solo proporciona eficiencia espacial, sino que también respalda un entorno sostenible y respetuoso con el medio ambiente. Esta elección de diseño nace de la geometrización de la filosofía de alma cuerpo y mente además de una atención cuidadosa a la relación entre el entorno construido y la naturaleza circundante, integrando elementos de accesibilidad y funcionalidad. Este proyecto se alinea con los principios clave relacionados con el bienestar y el envejecimiento activo, capacitación y puntos de encuentro, de esta manera se busca mejorar no solo las condiciones de vida de los adultos mayores, sino también promueve un envejecimiento digno y saludable en armonía con su entorno.This study focuses on the design and establishment of a Geriatric Center in the parish of Solanda, where there is a great demand for elderly people and a lack of facilities for their care. In this way, the architectural design seeks to be a social tool to provide a facility with the initiative to significantly improve the quality of life, guarantee their protection, and satisfy the basic needs and activities of the residents. The project covers 5005.93 m2 of construction and 1501.78 m2 of green area and squares on 16802 m2 of land. It includes areas for health, administration, socio-cultural activities, residence, dining room, chapel, and open spaces for socialization and rest. To achieve the purpose of the project, an architectural approach based on circular forms was adopted, which not only provides spatial efficiency but also supports a sustainable and eco-friendly environment. This design choice stems from the philosophy of geometrization of soul body and mind in addition to careful attention to the relationship between the built environment and the surrounding nature, integrating elements of both accessibility and functionality.
