En respuesta a este problema se planteó desarrollar un programa de investigación que permita realizar la caracterización predial y de infraestructura del ramal Chichipata, zona 1, usando técnicas catastrales. Finalmente se determinó que existen 318 usuarios distribuidos en 110.71 ha. El área destinada a riego es de 64.71 ha, la mayoría de los usuarios poseen áreas de riego menores a 2500m2 donde se desarrollan cultivos de ciclo corto. Este segmento del canal de riego posee una longitud de 24.61km, el 20.36% pertenece al canal secundario y 19.6 km al canal terciario que mayoritariamente es de tipo abierto |

In response to this problem, we suggested developing a research program that would allow a property profiling and the ¡nfrastructure of the canal located along the Chichipata branch (zone 1), using cadastral techniques. The results of this research indícate that there are a total of 318 consumers distributed throughout 110.71 hectares.
