Add Tag | Summary: | YAHANÚA Tours & Expeditions emerges as the development of a Feasibility Study tour operator dedicated to the promotion and sale of products and community services in the province of Morona Santiago. Thanks to the tourist attraction that has evolved over the years, today we find customers with different preferences to tourist areas such as: Ecotourism, Sustainable Rural, Community, Sports, Social, Adventure, among others. From this study, the aim of our company is to provide personalized service, creating, promoting and selling tour packages focused on community tourism, offering customers an alternative knowledge and experience through a dedicated team and a quality service, we can meet customer expectations. To implement this project, it has resorted to a feasibility study which analyzed carefully every detail, performing a financial analysis to see how much potential this project must be profitable in the future. The amount of our investment is $52.354.59, of which 30% will be made through the contribution of the shareholders of the company and 70% through the National Finance Corporation. In addition it should be noted that the profitability of the project, according to the analysis four years, has an Internal Rate of Return of 53% and an NPV of $90.689.12. In conclusion we can say that our project is completely viable in view of the growing acceptance to tourism, the contract operator services targeting local community action, offering tour packages either travel agencies or working directly with the client the sole purpose of meeting needs and providing fair treatment to domestic and foreign tourists deserves. |
