| Resumo: | The present work aims to introduce and market the product "A Life Legacy" of the company SAEXE S.A. For this purpose, a study of the macro environment was carried out in order to know opportunities that were taken to carry out strategies and threats that were mitigated by correcting the weaknesses. Likewise, closed surveys were conducted to the population of Guayaquil with the purpose of knowing tastes and preferences and power. Perform the necessary commercial strategies to achieve competitive advantage. Additional value chain was revised in order to determine strengths and weaknesses of the company to be able to perform strategies which led to determine the business plan where routes and sales budget were assigned by vendor and areas which were assigned to a commercial team of 10 commercial advisors. For this project a working capital is required which allowed to cover operations of initial advertising expenses, likewise a budget of income and costs projected for 5 years was done, which helped to achieve the equilibrium point where the minimum amount of sale where the company SAEXE does not lose or win. The IRR is 30%, which indicates that the project is viable and it is feasible because its NPV is $ 22,257, thus ensuring the success of the launch. Having a social impact with benefits to the owners of the company, and to the population of Guayaquil, providing new ways to acquire a product of mortuary service. |
