Summary:TECMAVID is a private company that makes installations of tempered glass articles for institutions and homes, as part of its growth that wishes to venture into the area of the developments that are found along Avenida León Febres Cordero, which has around 68 years This segment of clients belongs to a category of middle class, where innovation and style are coordinated with the distribution of space to have comfort and modernity at the same time, for this reason, TECMAVID has seen an opportunity in this sector. In this project, we describe the target market, the competition, the positive factors that the company has, as well as the commercial strategies that will be applied to fulfill its commercial objective of achieving sales growth of 15%. For this, we will find the investment that must be disbursed and the return of this, whose valuation generated positive results, achieving the recovery in three years. This project has several axes that benefit, mainly the TECMAVID company to maximize its results, to the clients because new decoration options are offered, and to the society for being part of the dynamism of the economy.
