Summary:The present study will be carried out so in future the Electric Company CNEL E.P. may provide a good service of electrical distribution in low voltage to the users of Block # 14 from the Cooperativa Valle Cerro Azul at the Monte Sinaí Sector, located at northwest of Guayaquil city. This study aims to reduce the illicit usage of the service in the sector, since currently there are no measuring equipment installed for the collection of the KWH consumed by the residents. In Chapter 1, the existing problem of the selected area will be established (block # 14) to design the appropriate solutions contributing to its improvement, their well-being and good living. In Chapter 2, the theorical basics are established this knowledge is necessary for the clear and concise understanding of the present work. In Chapter 3, the description of the current state of the facilities is made so that in future the Electric Company CNEL. E.P. may provide a good service of electric power to the residents of Block #14, and in this way providing a network that will reduce the illicit usage of electrical energy existing today. In Chapter 4, which includes the development of the study, details the technical visits to review the external and internal facilities of the residences, the current state of the low voltage network, the transformer that powers the block, the state of its structures, poles and drivers. In Chapter 5, by means of consultations and quotation, the cost of materials and workmanship of the assembly of the new low voltage network with its respective accessories and the completion time of the work is carried out. In Chapter 6, there is evidence of the current state of external and internal connections of the residences, also a map is presented corresponding to the improvement what is proposed. In Chapter 7, holds the conclusions and recommendations of the project so in the future the Electric Company CNEL E.P. may implement this pre-assembled network in the Monte Sinaí sector.
