Rediseño del sistema eléctrico general del conjunto residencial Valdivia bloque # 8 de la ciudad de Guayaquil

The present project has the objective to carry out a survey of a current technical parameters of the electrical system of Valdivia block # 8 condominium, in Guayaquil city, with 32 departments that comprise it, the realization of the technical analysis of the new maximum demand produced by the increase of air conditioning system (air conditioners) and the implementation of induction cookers of efficient cooking program (ECP) of the National Government. The project will determinate if the materials, installed equipment in the distribution network, as transformers, connections, measurements, conductors and protections fulfill with the data that we obtain of our investigation and if they will supply our requirement or will need changed because the new demand that is requested for the increase of electronic devices. To develop the re design of the electric system from the medium voltage connection to the principal breaker panel, for each department we used three types of methodologies. There is a document where we detail the justification of our project. “Descriptive” help us to develop the re design of the electrical system. “Explicative” gave us the help with the formula, calculations where we established the equipment, materials and elements that we used for our project.
