| Summary: | The purpose of this project was to carry out a business plan to demonstrate the feasibility of market the product Triple Family Unit of Jardines de Esperanza, in the city of Guayaquil, during the year 2019. This product consists of the placement of two ossuaries (containers for storing bones or human remains) together with a coffin, in the same vault; what differs from the services offered by the competitors, because it can expand the capacity of the same space, allowing a saving to the family that incurs the expenses of the burial. To carry out the study, a descriptive field research was applied, with a qualitative to a population sample of with surveys. As results, it was found that there is interest of funeral solutions by 84% of the population approached and in a concrete way the acceptance of the product by 80% of the respondents, which allowed to verify the commercial viability of the Triple Family Unit. Commercial objectives were set, and based on these were projections of quantities and costs of sales of the Triple Family Units, as well as the quotas for 3 specific executives for the product, in addition to the current sales force of the company that will receive a Commission for sale. With an investment of close to 50 thousand dollars, the project would be launched. The operation showed profitability between 10% and 14% in the period analyzed. The evaluation indicators confirmed the financial feasibility of the application of the project with financial benefits for the company that would be the investor, obtaining an NPV of 11359, an IRR of 22% and the Project Recovery Period is four years |
