إضافة وسم | الملخص: | The business plan of Feilo Sylvania NV, focuses on the introduction of High Bay Led luminaires with Intelligent Control in the industrial sector of the city of Guayaquil, specifically aimed at industries that have production sheds and warehouses, sectors where the above-mentioned product. This project is designed according to the need of the industries to optimize their energy and maintenance costs, as well as to modernize their installations with an efficient lighting system that contribute to the care of the environment. In order to determine the viability of this business plan, a market study was carried out, where it was identified that the Sylvania brand is the leading brand in the industrial segment and most preferred by said consumer. Consequently, with this proposal, the company Feilo Sylvania N.V. wants to increase the sales of the industrial line by 20% by 2019, promoting the advantages and differentiating characteristics of the product through the commercial strategies designed in the plan, in such a way that the interest is generated by the industry thus allowing to reach the proposed objectives with prices and adequate availability to supply the generated demand. |
