This is how the idea of the creation of the COMPROMISO UIO company was born, which offers sustainable mobility services, through a virtual platform, which allows owners of transport units to: optimize resources and improve current business management; through control, monitoring and personalized advice by a qualified team to provide optimal solutions to the deficiencies included; as well as to the users who can be informed immediately about the routes, the times and the relevant information that can improve the experience of the same when mobilizing. COMPROMISO UIO presents an innovative idea, a proposal that seeks to improve the transportation service of people and counter the current mobility problem in the city of Quito through marketing strategies that position themselves in the market as a leading company in providing sustainable mobility services , supporting a high market share and lasting over time. Finally, the business plan will be carried out through a projected initial investment of dollar 76,300.00, which will be financed: 60 by the company's shareholders and the remaining 40 percent by financing from the Coop.
