La protección jurídica de las páginas web y los contenidos de internet, a la luz de la ley de propiedad intelectual del Ecuador

In the present work is an introductory study on basic conceptual issues and intellectual property sites, where we explain the influence that has had the technology to humans throughout its history, and just now to be part of a new global society through the development of information technologies and communication ICTs that the hand of the Internet and using web pages have broken borders are increasingly in the management of media to provide information, communications and commerce globally For this reason, the Internet being a free, open and self-control, information, content and elements of the visual appearance of a website, are vulnerable to being freely used and transmitted by unauthorized third parties, in this sense the right to be a direct emanation of the needs that society, mechanisms need to be raised regarding the issue of intellectual property all with the purpose of the Internet does not become an area of attacks against the creations of human intellect. In this sense, within this paper, we determine the scope and legal protection of sites and the abstraction of each one of its Internet content, in relation to intellectual property in Ecuador. In turn, later in this paper to analyze concrete alternatives for the protection of contents in web pages using Creative Commons licenses and ColorIURIS respectively
