Lasit fáddágilkoriid | Čoahkkáigeassu: | Currently, some vehicle maintenance companies in public transportation have increased the demand from market, consequently, Quito government make a reform the ordinance which consist in that the buses of public transportation should perform biannual maintenance that allow the maintenance center to diversify and increase its annual work, so, before the revision vehicle do only one time at year. The company in analysis calls “Tecnicentro-Cooptracal” and it is focused in the maintenance of public transportation, it consists in three different processes: lubrication, enllantaje and brake shoes changes. This project only analyzes in the of lubrication through standardized work that will allow to improve the productivity consequently the lubrication process is one which has major demand in the company. Improving the productivity by standardized work, is necessary use some tools such: Time study, SIPOC, Analytical flowchart of processes, Takt time, Balance of Line, 5S, Spaguetti diagram, VSM methodology, BIZAGI tool with Bpmn format; all of them permit to create an improvement proposal. The objective to do this project is performing a study of times and movements in the lubrication is to allow balance the process and standardized them with efficient in the morning and night shifts. |
