Özet:For the implementation of this project is essential to develop an action plan based on central themes such as: the current environment, competitiveness, dynamism and limited resources for its productive use, to analyze the potential benefit to obtain and generate a basis of the feasibility of this work. The theme focuses on the development of a "BUSINESS PLAN FOR BIOPULP COMPANY", dedicated to the production and marketing of fresh cucumber pulp in Quito city. The fresh cucumber is a native fruit of the Andean region, especially in warm areas, with a cool and pleasant flavor; the cucumber is perfect for eating as pulp. It is also well known for its diuretic properties because it is composed of 92% of water, it is low in calories and contains a highpercentage of A and C vitamins, essential for collagen production, which gives a softer and smoother skin for consumers. Therefore, in thisproject, it is done the following: a situational analysis of the company to determinethe factors of its success, a market study to acquire important information on the differentmarket players, their possible involvement, expectations, tastes and preferences ofpotential customers and, based on this information to determine the real potential of purpose. So, with these bases is developed marketing plan, which raises the strategic proposal for the efficient operation of BIO PULP COMPANY, which enables the company to focus efforts to achieve the proposed goals. So, it defines and analyzes the legacy which the company would operate, with the costs quantification and the annual costs of legal contribution. Finally, we got a classification with the information obtained to determine the economic and financial viability. And the conclusion was that the natural fruit pulp has gained an important space in the national market, where it is possible to find varied brands and sizes, but none of them has a clear position in the consumer’s minds. For that reason, the most people are willing to purchase the products we offer in this project
