On the chapters you will find out a extense desciption about burns and the effects that hospitalization generates on the family's dinamic and how the psicological help allows the child to participate on his own treatment, by understanding the medical information the he receives. This work is intended to prevent subsequent psychological side effects and to make the period of hospitalization less stressful for the child and the family, through the use techniques such as play therapy techniques, psychoeducation among others. |
