Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | Below is shown, a titling project that aims to make an applicable and viable proposal in order to, with the implementation can achieve an increase in the productivity of the line of printing boxes for the company Grafiqa Impresores, with the help of some methods of continuous improvement, for example the reduction and optimization of production times, calculation of the capacity of production in each work station and the analysis of the VSM Value Stream Mapping current and future. This is how it started, by evaluating the current situation of the company, analyzing the level of productivity of the aforementioned production line and in conjunction with all the factors that affect the process, directly and indirectly, such as: quality, availability and efficiency, this helps to calculate the OEE productivity indicator, which helped us to observe the shortcomings in the process. In the first stage of this project, it was considered the measurement of the times of the process to clearly define all the problems that afflict the current situation of production, which directly affect the level of OEE productivity and which help to carry out the improvement proposal. In this stage of measurement, all the information that is required for the evaluation of the current state in the printed boxes process, which is analyzed by the VSM tool that contains data such as: production times, efficiency of the work stations and analysis of the level of product quality. With all this analyzed, we continued to identify the root causes of the problems, to be able to attack them and the main problems will be completely mitigated, inasmuch as the general objective is to increase the OEE productivity level. Finally, with all the necessary information, we will propose the improvement plan and the implementation of tools to achieve the objective set at the beginning of this project. |
