| description | Below is shown, a titling project that aims to make an applicable and viable proposal in order to, with the implementation can achieve an increase in the productivity of the line of printing boxes for the company Grafiqa Impresores, with the help of some methods of continuous improvement, for example the reduction and optimization of production times, calculation of the capacity of production in each work station and the analysis of the VSM Value Stream Mapping current and future. This is how it started, by evaluating the current situation of the company, analyzing the level of productivity of the aforementioned production line and in conjunction with all the factors that affect the process, directly and indirectly, such as: quality, availability and efficiency, this helps to calculate the OEE productivity indicator, which helped us to observe the shortcomings in the process. In the first stage of this project, it was considered the measurement of the times of the process to clearly define all the problems that afflict the current situation of production, which directly affect the level of OEE productivity and which help to carry out the improvement proposal. In this stage of measurement, all the information that is required for the evaluation of the current state in the printed boxes process, which is analyzed by the VSM tool that contains data such as: production times, efficiency of the work stations and analysis of the level of product quality. With all this analyzed, we continued to identify the root causes of the problems, to be able to attack them and the main problems will be completely mitigated, inasmuch as the general objective is to increase the OEE productivity level. Finally, with all the necessary information, we will propose the improvement plan and the implementation of tools to achieve the objective set at the beginning of this project. |

Finally, with all the necessary information, we will propose the improvement plan and the implementation of tools to achieve the objective set at the beginning of this project.A continuación, este proyecto de titulación tiene como objetivo realizar una propuesta aplicable y viable para que a través de su implementación se pueda lograr un incremento en la productividad de la línea de impresión de cajas para la empresa Grafiqa Impresores, con la ayuda de algunos métodos de mejora continua, como la reducción y optimización de tiempos de producción, cálculo de la capacidad de producción en cada estación de trabajo y el análisis del VSM Mapeo de la Cadena de Valor tanto actual como futuro. Es así como se inició, por evaluar la situación actual de la empresa, analizando el nivel de productividad de la línea de producción anteriormente mencionada y en conjunto con todos los factores que afectan directa e indirectamente al proceso, como son: la calidad, disponibilidad y eficiencia, los cuales ayudan al cálculo del indicador de productividad OEE, que nos sirvió para observar las falencias en el proceso. En la primera etapa de este proyecto, se consideró la medición de los tiempos del proceso para definir claramente todos los problemas que aquejan a la situación actual de la producción, los cuales afectan directamente al nivel de productividad OEE y que nos servirá como base para realizar la propuesta de mejora. En esta etapa de medición se levantó toda la información que se requiere para la evaluación del estado actual tanto del proceso de impresión de cajas como de la empresa, el cual es analizado mediante la herramienta del VSM que contiene datos como: tiempos de producción, eficiencia de las estaciones de trabajo y análisis del nivel de calidad del producto. Con todo esto analizado, se prosiguió a identificar las causas raíces de los problemas, para poder atacarlas y que los problemas principales sean totalmente mitigados, puesto que el objetivo general es incrementar el nivel de productividad OEE.
