Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | The following study is a clinical case report about sepsis, in a seven year old Siberian Husky with pyometra, described by the standardized guideline clinical cases “CARE” This study arises from the necessity to provide timely therapeutic and vital support to critical canine patients with suspected infection, and also to update the latest international consensus (sepsis-3) for veterinary medicine. The implementation of the SOFA and qSOFA clinical criteria of this consensus was of great importance to the diagnostic approach, and the prognostic and therapeutic determination of the Husky patient with sepsis, which, despite the complications of the disease, managed to reach a successful hospital discharge. |
