Diseño de un prototipo para el envío de notificaciones de fallas en un ascensor de la serie VFGL instalado por la empresa Coheco S.A.

This graduation project focuses on the design, development and implementation of a prototype for the sending of notification of faults of an elevator of the series VFGL installed by the company COHECO S.A., taking in consideration the need to develop a quality service for his clients, for such a motive; the following system has been established. The prototype proposes to minimize time of reaction in the correction of hurts generated in the monitored equipments, since the report realizes it by means of the card of control that issues the signs of faults towards the electronic card, the same one that receiver the signs of the elevator; in such a way that, if it is a sign of fault he sends across an Internet connection a message of alert to a database created in the cloud. Additional to this; a web application was designed, to notify the alarms of the elevator to the Technician of shift and Supervisor simultaneously, in order that they realize the immediate correction of the fault in the monitored equipments. The reports, of equal way; they are stored in a database in the cloud for his consultation, control and analysis of the real time fault, covering the immediate need of the user of the system. The project developed during a period of approximately 6 months and a half, in which, there achieved the proposed aims and the implementation wished in an elevator.
