| Shrnutí: | This research aims to test the fidelity of multimedia tools as a form of internal communication within a private company, in the northern side of Quito . Also check the validity of two distribution channels; such as printed and the multimedia. In fact the transfer of printed information and multimedia communication use variables that allow the user to be the promoter of a bi medial retrofitted language. Consequently both distribution channels are considered efficient, in this research is contrasted by the value of each, promoting the use in the future as a better alternative and encourage the staff of the company , supporting it in decision -making and contributing new point of view. |
