Resumo:Work presented below shows various data on growth and the importance of for SMEs currently in Ecuador. The development of the thesis was based in several theories related with internal communication in organizations. Complementarily was performed an investigation of field whose results led diagnose the actual situation of R. Mercantiles. From this premise, summarizes the current situation of R. Mercantiles, Company under study. From this results obtained, a proposal of communication is presented, aimed at strengthening the internal communication of the organization, in order to create a greater sense of belonging in their employees and make effective the internal processes. Finally conclusions and recommendations of the work are presented.
