In the AR0-960 project workshop, the POU-Urban Planning Plan was proposed in the area of La Mariscal, which responds to the problems and potential of the sector based on an analysis based on four thematic axes: Morphology, mobility, public space and equipment, to be able to generate a master plan based on strategies that help to improve La Mariscal at an urban level, converting it into a compact city. The Urban Planning Plan has the following objectives for 2040: The improvement of the mobility system prioritizing public transport, alternative and pedestrian transport, increasing the use of residential land in height, the rehabilitation and maintenance of heritage buildings, and the creation of recreational public spaces and the creation and implementation of facilities on a neighborhood scale to meet the demand of each district projected for 2040. On the other hand, the equipment proposed in the titling work is a Child Development Center for children from 0 to 5 children due to two factors: the first for the lack of social welfare facilities that focus on children from early childhood and second, because at present both the mother and the father have the need to work to achieve a livelihood, an economic income, and require a place to leave their children during their workday, for which a space is set aside where they can remain children in their absence and at the same time learn and develop skills and abilities.
