The price, place and hours of the business were determined by quantitative and qualitative methods, the target audience is 6 to 16 years old. In addition, the business opportunity has been analyzed, as well as in the account that there is no football school that occupies neuroscience as a teaching base. The main channel of communication with customers will be social networks, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, there will be qualified personnel for teaching sports. For the financial projection some tools are used to determine the viability of the business, the study of the results determined that the business is viable.

Se realizó un análisis al entorno, en donde se concluyó que no existe una normativa vigente para la creación de este tipo de negocio, sin embargo, tampoco hay políticas que excluyan al mismo, el entorno de la industria es de fácil entrada y salida. Mediante métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos se determinó el precio, lugar y horarios del negocio, el público objetivo es de 6 a 16 años. Además, se analizó la oportunidad de negocio, tomando en cuenta que no existe una escuela de fútbol que ocupe la neurociencia como base de enseñanza. El canal principal de comunicación con los clientes serán redes sociales, Facebook, Instagram y WhatsApp específicamente, se contará con personal calificado para la enseñanza del deporte.
