That why the present work was developed in a company that buy and sells hardware products, Solufer, in order to propose and improvement in his supply chain, through the optimization of the purchasing process, the same which is located in the city of Quito. Through mathematical models of demand forecasts and economic order quantities, it was established for stock keeping units of segment A that the company manages, this in order to eliminate over selling or stock outs, which are currently reflected in the company. |
