| Riassunto: | The following paper shows how to apply a Project management method in a design & development department of a pharmaceutical company. Which will determine the input information to create a module in its ERP system. Also using an MRP, We can do an example that put in focus the importance of planning resources in this kind of projects, because to generate a new product could finish in success or failure, and all the inputs and technology needed belong to be expensive and may represent losses to the Company. The made of a balanced scorecard could help to identify the strategic goals for the design & development and the tactics to be used. Also to establish indicators to facilitate the measurement of the same. |
