Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | The urban proposal made in the Workshop AR0-960, proposes to make La Mariscal a centrality with varied land uses, quality public spaces, efficient mobility systems and a revalued built heritage, with the intention of increasing the number of inhabitants of 7.128 to 27.128 for the year 2.040. Considering its strategic location within the urban area of the city and its characterization as an articulating node towards the north the financial - administrative centrality and towards the south the historic center of Quito. The proposal of housing units of high, medium and low density is proposed with the intention of achieving the projected population. Also, the recovery and generation of quality public spaces that supply, under the ONU and OMS indicators, the basic need for a green area for the inhabitants. The adequate supply of equipment strategically distributed throughout the area, and connected through public and private circulation circuits. In the case of an area with a high density of buildings of patrimonial interest, the revaluation of the same and the generation of protection padlocks to avoid their deterioration is proposed, giving them an appropriate use within the built-up complex. The urban architectural design proposal of the Contemporary Recreation Center at La Mariscal, responds to the needs that arise as the area of intervention is a commercial and recreational centrality of the city. The formal characterization approach of the public space Plaza Foch with the proposal of an urban architectural code that generates a uniform image of the immediate envelope of the plaza, together with the creation of a unique platform that allows greater permeability and accessibility to pedestrians, restricting vehicular access and promoting the use of public transport of a cultural nature. The architectural intervention includes the projection of a recreational - cultural finishing equipment, the intervention in a heritage building and the functional proposal of an existing building, this intervention is generated as a whole responding to the functional and formal needs of the environment and above all offering activities directed to different users at different times in order to keep this public space active for most of the day. |
