Добавить метку | Итог: | La Circasiana boutique hotel, located on 10 de Agosto Avenue, is a landmark of the city of Quito that has persisted through the years, remaining a solid example of neoclassical architecture. The hotel has a total construction area of 2964.52 square meters of which 700.00 square meters will be used for this interior design project. The project seeks to encourage the increase of foreign and national tourists that come to the hotel through the creation of an entertainment center and a themed restaurant, in addition to the implementation of loft rooms. For the project, the work Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy has been selected as a concept, which is focused on Virgil's journey through hell, purgatory and paradise, creating mobile spaces in the transition of these 3 modes through interior design. The project is divided into 3 main areas that will represent each of these scenes. The entertainment center and the lobby will be destined to represent hell, the restaurant will represent purgatory and the rooms will be destined for paradise. For each of these environments, it will be used different color palettes that are according to their style. In addition, different design concepts were applied, such as the use of textures, application of textiles, use of ergonomic furniture, and so on, as well as the creation of technical plans for each of the different needs of an interior design project. The remodeling proposal aims to create a space that allows improving the facilities of the La Circasiana hotel and at the same time create a space where own and foreigners will be able to coexist and enjoy the company through a modern and elegant space without neglecting their architectural history. |
