Engadir etiqueta | Summary: | This thesis project entitled "Implementation of an automatic irrigation system in green areas and gardens for a residential complex in the “Valle de los Chillos” sector of Armenia, through rainwater “harvesting,” was made in order to design a system that may be able to lower consumption of potable water by means of rainwater harvesting, and thus generating savings and environmental benefits. In order to make this automated system, electronic equipment was used, such as programmers, controllers, humidity sensors, and solenoid valves which play an important role in the present design because they control the irrigation system with periodic, uniform, and necessary amounts of water, providing adequate care of green areas and gardens of the Aranjuez residential complex. |
