Sumari:The objective of this business plan is to determine the viability of creating a company dedicated to the production and marketing of a moisturizing drink based on Maqui Berry for diabetics in the city of Quito. The main idea of the business plan is to provide a healthy and innovative product, focused on a segment of the population of Quito, men and women between 20 and 50 years of age, mainly diabetics. Küme Berry seeks to create a competitive advantage by providing unique characteristics and properties that other beverage companies do not offer in the Quito market. The company's main objective is to satisfy an unmet need in the market. In order to understand the environment in which the company will develop, tools will be used to understand the external and internal factors that influence the sector. By means of a quantitative and qualitative investigation of the market and the client, the preferences of the potential clients and consumers will be known that will allow to offer a good service and to obtain the loyalty of the client. Finally, appropriate strategies will be implemented to meet the company's objectives, resulting in a cost-effective financial assessment for the project.
