Περίληψη:Ecuador has presented a significant progress in the matter of public policy for people with disabilities, such as, a labor code, an organic law for people with disabilities, a wide range of associations, federations, governmental organizations and more institutions working to this end. If these policies are already established in Ecuador, why is it so difficult for the entire society to use more resources in order to create accessible infrastructure? Or, why we cannot create friendly technologies that make life of people with disabilities easier? Why are we still thinking on differences, advantages and opportunities that people with disabilities don not have? To talk about opportunities it is necessary to create new places, weapons and ideas. This project establishes the creation of a website for people with disabilities in order to promote their especial capacities in the workplace. Thanks to this website, people with disabilities can create personal portfolios that shows their work experience, especial abilities and aspirations. After the research I made, it was learned that Ecuadorian companies urgently need, a database of people with disabilities that want to work. Also, it seems very relevant to companies, the idea of seeing portfolios in which disabled people demonstrate their qualities. This type of initiative is the first in Latin America, so the possibilities of success and social acceptation are very high. A 3.0 strategy will be useful to develop a solid concept that potentiate the website. The actions of the strategy are focused on two main target groups: people with disabilities and Companies. With tools like this, people with disabilities will have a bigger part of the everyday life. They will feel a constant motivation to create interesting material in order to promote their talents.
