| Streszczenie: | The project brings together the collection, analysis and development of a strategic communications plan for the Riobamba City Hall Museum. The Museum is aligned to the Department of Arts and Culture of the Riobamba City Hall, and its mission is supported by the development of arts, cultural, educational and recreational activities. The space dedicated to the practica of art and cultural activities, not only provides a sample of contemporary creations and the promotion of cultural movements, it seeks to establish a dialogue shared between art and public events. Moreover, the search for innovation in the management of the Museum, wishes to improve cultural activity as well as the museum proposal; considering the importance of a solution to the weaknesses in the comunication procedures, deterioration of identity, and the lack of positioning of the image. Therefore, the promotion of a strategic communication plan is proposed from the generalist and multipurpose DirCom vision that will strengthen the identity, image and culture of the City Hall Museum of Riobamba, encouraging compliance with the activities outlined. |
