The intent of this research is to evaluate the results compared to other populations of the world in the office dental clearance system, as there are no clinical data on the therapeutic effects on our population. Methods: the value was subjectively evaluated with color guides; then we proceeded to the objective evaluation with the spectrophotometer where we threw Vita 3D values of Master Bleach, Vita 3D Master, Vita Classical, CIE lab and subsequently performed photography; and the initial value was recorded. Once this was completed, dental clearance treatments were applied with the use of 35% hydrogen peroxide. The value was then evaluated with all of the previously mentioned methods and the final value was recorded along with the VAS scale to qualify the sensitivity. Conclusions: The treatment of dental clearance with clinic technique was effective in both ethnic groups. |
