Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | This research aims to know the dynamics and current issues in the management of copyright and public good in digital media of the Ecuador. This work presents a state of the art in the subject that considers publications realized on this problematic in Ecuador and in the region. Likewise, it presents the theoretical frame that exposes and relates approaches and key concepts for the study. Through a qualitative methodology, which considers the application of techniques such as: observation, analysis of qualitative content, depth and journal field interviews, will identify the regulations established in the Organic Law of Communication related to the journalistic content generated in the traditional and digital media of the country; as well as, to learn about the sanctions received by means of digital communication in the country after the adoption of this regulation. Finally, met, from the eyes and experiences of journalists and directors of the studied environment, what are the dynamics and issues faced in the generation, production, and publication of information, whereas its format and the regulatory framework established at the national level in the field of communication and journalists. |
