Ամփոփում:Currently, the company that provides technological services, where its main service are ATMs, the same that are available to the public. ATM technicians will get to maintain, either preventive or correct in several of the services they will need spare parts. The problem that he currently has, is the error in requested and delivered parts, since on the one hand, the technician requests a replacement, but when the motorized arrives at the site where the technician is, he brings a spare that does not correspond to the requested one, or it arrives at a site that does not correspond, this has generated problems and losses. As a solution to the problem, a spare parts management system is developed, in order to automate the process for requesting and delivering spare parts. The people who are going to make use of the system, both the web application and the mobile application, are Bodega staff and the ATM technician. This solution also helps in sending you the correct spare parts and corresponding place. The replacement is requested using a mobile application, it automatically sends an email to warehouse staff and supervisor. The web application that is on a Microsoft Azure platform manages that request. The request can be rejected for the following reason: If the replacement is greater than 3,000 dollars, the approval of the supervisor who can approve or reject the request is essential. The technicians mobile application is notified by a message using the web application, that your request will not be sent with a brief description. Finally, once the request for the spare part has been approved, warehouse personnel using the web application notify the mobile application, indicating the estimated delivery time. A motorized will have the replacement to the technician in situ.
