The building is located in the center of La Concordia, right at Simón Plata Torres and Vargas Torres. The project takes place on the first and second floors of the ATOS hotel, where there is a terrace for user entertainment. The establishment has entertainment and service areas, these areas have different spaces, for example, waiting area, reading area, restaurant area, bar-restaurant, youth entertainment area and terrace. However, the design and materials are based on a concept related to the abacá plant, abstracting the organic forms of the leaf; It should be noted that Ecuador is the second world producer of this raw material; The style that the project maintains is a rustic-industrial style with materials and textures in their purest state that relate to nature, its curved, semi-curved shapes and its chromatic applied to the interior design transmit feelings of calm, relaxation and freshness. In addition, important aspects were taken into account for an optimal functionality of the project, such as ventilation, lighting, color, finishes, ergonomic furniture design, wall design and vegetation. |
