These are born from the needs of an unattended market and that are the beginning of companies that project to the future, innovating their processes efficiently and effectively From 2011 to 2016 there is a 16 percent increase in the number of registered as motorcycles in Ecuador, there is a notable use of this means of transport and that will increase with the passing of the years; derived by its easy mobilization, accessible cost to this means of transport, as well as the massive importation of motorcycles and ease of payment to acquire it. Thus, this Business Plan focuses on satisfying, through recreation and entertainment for the motorcycle guild, with a different approach not seen in the country through events that allow you to enjoy this means of transport in single site. At the present date, there is no company that dedicates its services exclusively to motorcyclists, focused on their musical tastes, camaraderie and taste for items and services related to this means of transport. In this sense, the current Business Plan presents the analysis of the environment, target market, marketing plan and its financial evaluation to determine the necessary human, material and technological tools so that this type of event can be developed successfully in the town of Píntag |
