| 要約: | The following investigation is a transverse study with a description value from a quantitative view to be able to identify the most frequent psychosocial problems that are present in people that work in a private company in the city of Quito, the study is based on a population of 203 individuals that comply with the criteria of the investigation. To measure the social risk that are presented in the mentioned collaborators, we used the FPSICO questionnaire that was adapted by the labor institute of Higene and Security, employing their last version published on 2014. The data analysis was obtained by the questionnaire FPSICO that allowed us to identify the results based on the selected method. The result of the investigation showed that there is a very high risk with the psychological factors, specifically in the areas regarding the amount of work that employees have, along with psychological and participation / supervision demands, which are a constant in all the analyzed groups identified in the institution. This investigation tries to show practical knowledge looking into the psychosocial risks that are presented in the work environment of a school and the influence that the psychological risks have on the workers. Likewise, the importance of the development of action plans that allow to prevent sicknesses in these workers and how to control the said factors with the means of building a better workplace. |
