Sammanfattning:The present Degree Work covers the optimization of the flow of orders and the delivery routes in DISLOJA, both in the province of Loja and in Cotopaxi using knowledge about processes, service levels and algorithms to optimize the routes linking the application of Technologies of the Information. Initially, information was gathered regarding processes, both in sales and prevention, billing and dispatch; once the sales information was obtained, disaggregating both products sold and rejected by routes to this way to focus on the level of service. It has been made an analysis of the processes, determining that the level of service is very well set but can still improve, and is focused on the efficiency of processes, especially billing and dispatching where there is a delay. On the other hand, in terms of route optimization, the routes covered by DISLOJA are 6, four in the province of Loja and two in the province of Cotopaxi. Once the routes were defined, the clients and addresses of the same were established to locate them geographically and obtain an array of distances for each route. Immediately the problem was solved manually using one of the algorithms studied during the race, seeing that there was an improvement in the problem with the use of information technology, the program WinQSB, the same that uses algorithms of the Mayor Complexity, But with much more evident results. The result was undoubtedly with the use of the algorithm Two Steps of Change that on average the improvement is of 20%.
