Miêu tả
Tóm tắt:In this work, the current situation regarding the recording techniques of sacred music choirs is presented, analyzed and discussed. The research includes multiple publications and writings on the subject, as well as practice experiences of several interviewees, who present their perspective on the work of microphone, especially in churches. The review is limited to studies published in the last ten years. Based on the documentation, this comparative work interrelates the theoretical and practice proposals. Among the most popular techniques are spaced stereo techniques of which the AB configuration stands out, followed by semi-incident techniques the ORTF technique is the most used. immersive recording techniques, which offer a greater sense of spatiality than stereo configurations, are also discussed. Within the interviews, the importance of the recognition of the music genre for the recordings is emphasized, as well as the acoustics of the place where the audio recording is made. The future of choir recordings in terms of techniques is also discussed with the interviewees. Despite the technological development in the recording techniques and the wide possibilities that exist to carry out these practices, the stereo recording techniques continua being the most used.
