| Summary: | Wearable technology is a subject of analysis and research little explored by researchers, however, with the rise of existing devices today, it is necessary to understand that we must evolve together with them as it happened with smartphones. The purpose of this titling work is to compare different parameters of analysis that the devices have, all in order to choose the most suitable according to the requirements of a natural person or business of an entity. The wearable devices are in the first generation of their development, for this reason, that the parameters of analysis chosen in this work of titration were meticulously by scientific articles and reliable sources of the web, in which authors highlight its important value in the use in addition to WBAN networks. The parameters chosen in total were seven, listed below: 1) Connectivity, 2) Battery life, 3) Application, 4) Price, 5) Security, 6) Size and 7) Type of device. The way to visualize the comparative analysis of the different wearable devices with their specific parameters shows tables in which it is detailed with graphical symbols which parameters are those that they have according to respective valuation scales. However, the intuition of the person or entity that executes the act of choosing a device plays an important role. Finally, the degree work presented here shows, to some extent, an alternative way of coexisting with wearable devices used in WBAN networks, which means the devices that make up a sensor network placed in the human body and that interact even when the user is active. |
