Add Tag | Summary: | The objective of this Thesis is to establish a tool that allows a better control of the Purchasing Process, lining up this tool with the company management and the notions of the Theory of Constraints TOC. Searching the best way to manage the supply flow we create a software, that allows to control the inventory and knowing what and how much to buy, this will avoid supply problems or inventory excess. This tool was designed to be adapted to the TOC, searching for the reassortment in small lots, and balancing the materials flow that came from our suppliers. In conclusion we create an automatic tool that links the storage and the supplying gaining control of all the inventories and lining up with the TOC, balancing the material flow and avoiding shortage and an excess of inventories. |
