This establishment will be named “Hostería Hacienda Morascunga”. This work is divided in eight different chapters, which talk about arguments that support the idea of the project. First, is the identification of the subject, approach of the problem, strengths and opportunities of location, and the goals desired to achieve. Then, a meticulous analysis was done, regarding the aspects of the business and the service provided, followed by the analysis of the environment. Furthermore, a technical study of the project was done, which described the location of the inn, the distribution and description of the area of the establishment and the determination of the budget concerning the work to be done… |
